A Model for Evaluation: Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Training

The Kirkpatrick model of reaction, learning, performance, and impact is a framework you can use to evaluate the strength of your training program. Level One provides guidance on “reaction in training evaluation” to gauge trainees’ reactions to an instructor, course, and learning environment.
